If you have a return request, please login to your account in order to submit!

Easy Returns

At The Flourish Bread Co, we want you to love every item you receive. Many of our products are made to order through our trusted production partners and returns and refunds will be offered as outlined below:

  • US orders only
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of date of delivery. 
  • Store credit will be offered for returns on items which are unworn, unwashed, in the original condition with tags attached or in the original packaging.  
  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the store credit issued.
  • Free return shipping

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Login to your account to submit the return request or complete the contact form with the following information:

- Your order number  
- A description of the issue  
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review the claim, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit or significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. In many cases, we can send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns for Buyers Remorse

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customizable products due to the following:

- Change of mind  
- Buyer’s remorse
